   Since its establishment as "EPC"RONTEC" one of the priorities was the development and introduction to the company quality management system conforming to international standards ISO 9001:2000.

   Certificates of ISO is one of the most prestigious and recognized in more than 100 countries. ISO 9000 is a universal basis for constructing a system of quality management in any organization, regardless of area of applied technology.

   Main purpose of introducing a quality system - confirm the reliability and stability of a contractual relationship, as well as increasing customer satisfaction, in collaboration with the company. Quality system regulates and controls the whole process of interaction between the company and the customer from first contact with the company before the work process in the future.

   In September 2004, "EPC"RONTEC" was certified and received the certificate of ISO 9001:2000, confirming the introduction and use of quality management system in the design and manufacture of automated teller machines and banking equipment (certification body - TUV Rheinland Inter Cert Kft (Germany)) .

   Getting the company as "EPC"RONTEC" certificate is a confirmation of the ability to "EPC"RONTEC" consistently deliver equipment that meets the requirements of our customers and applicable regulatory documents.

   The enterprise has developed Specifications TU 30 .0 - 32072720 - 001 - 2004 (ACHSHA.161129.001) which are registered 21.07.2004 at Ukrmetrteststandarta as regulations of Ukraine. In February 2003, the brand released ATM - TechPro ("Techpro") 7000 and the company name - RONTEC ("Rontec") were officially registered in the State Department of Intellectual Property. This confirms the fact that ATMs manufactured by the company as "EPC"RONTEC" are of Ukrainian origin.
